Welcome to Prompted by Love
This is a space where I write about life’s everyday issues through the lens of faith. I’m a believer in Christ—I believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and God—and that conviction shapes everything I share here.
I strive to think biblically, filtering life’s complexities through Scripture. My posts reflect that journey. This isn’t an apologetics blog, so I don’t engage in debates about the existence of God or whether Christ is Lord. The Word is clear: “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God.’” (Psalm 14:1) and “Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:11).
Here, I invite you to journey with me as I learn to trust God more, examine even the mundane parts of life through a biblical perspective, and seek to put the flesh under His Lordship.
This blog is called Prompted by Love, inspired by 1 Thessalonians 1:3 — “We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Life is busy—I have young children, a family, and work—but this is a desire I have had on my heart for years. May love always be the heartbeat behind every word here. And may it bless you deeply as you read.
